About

This is a (not too great) picture of me and my girls on Star Wars Day, 2022!

I have created this website as a way to share information that I think is helpful or important for educators and parents in their efforts to meet the needs of kids!

I am a School Psychologist by training, and am currently in my 8th year working in education. Right now, I work as a Consultant on a Challenging Behavior and Autism Team. At my job, I work with a multitude of education professionals to find ways to meet the needs of students with disabilities. The team on which I work has ‘Autism’ in the name, but I work with students with a large range of disabilities.

In addition to being a School Psychologist, I am also a dad. My wife and I have twin daughters who are 15 months old at the time of writing this! Raising young children is hard, and raising two at the same time can be harder. We have learned a lot from our experiences with them, and I hope to share some of that learning with you.

The mission of this blog/website is to share meaningful and helpful information with parents and other educators that they can take and use to help meet the needs of their kids.

See my Introduction for more information about me, my mission with this blog, and the values which will guide its content.
